Our goal is to make shopping at Bras and Honey a pleasant experience from start to finish. Our Terms & Conditions have been put together in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. This means by ordering from us you agree to submit to the non-executive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
By placing an order with Bras & Honey LLP you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions of sale and have viewed and fully understand our delivery and returns policy.
You can browse our products on our website at anytime and add items to your shopping bag. When you are happy with your order and wish to proceed to the checkout you will then be required to login or if you a new customer register your details. During the checkout process you will also be asked to select a preferred delivery address and to make your payment by entering your debit or credit card details on our secure page. When your order is complete we will send you an 'order confirmation' email which you should retain for your records.. If for any reason your product is no longer available we will notify you as soon as we are aware of this and offer you an alternative or refund.
We are confident all transactions are totally secure because all the details that you send to us are encrypted and sent across a secure connection (128-bit). You can see that the shopping bag and checkout is a secure area of our site because a padlock symbol or key will appear in the bottom of your browser or at the top to the right of the website address bar.
The technique of 128-bit encryption is a technological standard for e-commerce and is certified by Equifax Certificate Authority. This means that the information you send us cannot be read by anyone other than the Bras and Honey team. We do not see or store any credit card details this is dealt with SagePay secure payment gatway.
When you place an order with us you are seeking to enter into a contract with Bras and Honey Ltd. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product. This is accepted by us when we dispatch the product to you and is confirmed when we send you the 'Dispatch Confirmation E-mail' at which time our acceptance will be complete.
By ordering from us you are also agreeing to our delivery and returns policy .
We can verify our payment page is 100% secure as we use SagePay secure payment system. We do not store card details.
If you notify us you wish to cancel your order after this time we can apply a refund and in most cases the money is back on your card in 3 working days you may charged £1 for the refund as we are charged for cancellations by our bank.
You will be shown the stock availability after selecting your size on the product page this will also show under each item in the shopping bag before proceeding.
If you place a large order and there is only one item waiting we may ship your parcel in two shipments.
If you need an item urgently please contact us and we will always do our best to get it to you for when you need them.
This status allows you to add lingerie products to your shopping basket and selected goods will be dispatched usually on the next working day.
This status will inform you of a delayed delivery of the relevant item from the manufacturer, which is usually 3-14 working days however, we cannot guarantee this as sometimes we are informed by the supplier this may be longer than expected, at this time we will notify you of any delays and allow you to either be refunded or continue to wait a little longer for your item.
This status can sometimes be shown for some fashion lines where the stock is limited. You can not order this item until we have checked on the availability from the manufacturer and notified you this when this will be in-stock, you can request to be notified once this product becomes available by entering your email and phone number on the product detail page availability form.
This status enables you to enter your email against a size you you wish to order so we will then notify you by email as soon as the range arrives and is available to order, we do not take any payment from you this is purely a request to be notified first when stock arrives.
We aspire to 100% in-stock availability. We provide clear stock status information when placing your order. See 'Stock Availability' for more information.
If we are out of stock of a particular item but are expecting further deliveries from the manufacturer, you can still place an order. This is shown as 'Status 2 '. The waiting time for new supplies for example it could be showing from 3 to 7 working days, but it can occasionally be longer. On those rare occasions, we would contact you via e-mail with the option of continuing to wait or canceling the order and receiving a full refund for the order value and delivery costs.
Unfortunately, manufacturers do sometimes discontinue lines with no advance warning. We have no control over this, but will let you know if we are no longer able to fulfil an order as soon as we have been notified, we will also offer to compensate you in some for by offering a discount of another item.
You will only be charged once for delivery however many separate shipments we send to you as part of the same order. We will decide to either hold your order if we are due to receive your items from the supplier in the next week or we will choose to send your items in split deliveries if the items are likely to take longer than 7 days to received by us we will send your order in separate shipments
If you are a UK Customer and select Special Delivery and have one item which is on a slight delay we will wait for this item to become available and ship your full order out unless you tell us otherwise to split your order.
We will always wait until we have your full order before sending out, therefore if you have some items on 5 - 10 working days dispatch notice, we will wait until we have received this and sent the full order. This is to reduce the possibility of parts of your order being lost in transit.
We guarantee that all products will always be shipped as soon as possible, subject to payment card authorisation and stock availability. Please refer to the delivery page for cost and expected delivery times.
We will not charge for additional shipments unless we send more than two which we will notify you that this will require an additional charge. All delivery charges will not be refunded.
We offer a 100% guarantee that if you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange or refund the cost of the goods- provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact within durations outlined on the returns note and delivery page of our website.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done.
Gift boxes and delivery costs are non-refundable.
Please note:We can not accept returns of strings for hygienic reasons.
We may not be able to offer an exchange for sale items, as this is usually final clearance stock, it is advisable to email us to ask if we can offer the exchange first.
Free returns are limited to a maximum of twice against any original order. If you wish to return items for exchange or refund beyond two occasions then you are liable for your own return shipping and postal charges.
If you have requested a replacement we will dispatch this to you on the next working day if the item is in stock. Otherwise we will inform you of availability and estimated time of delivery. You will not be charged for this re-delivery within the UK. If you have requested replacements of a higher value, any difference due will be charged to the card used to pay for the original order.
If you have requested a refund or replacements of a lower value than the returned goods, any refund due will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. We will let you know as soon as the refund has been processed. Please note that we are unable to offer credit notes.
If you have requested a replacement and live outside the UK we will send one exchange to you at half the delivery cost. Prices are listed on the delivery page.
Please ensure that briefs/thongs/swimwear etc. are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done.
If you believe the goods we have supplied to you are faulty, you should follow the returns procedure stated above. Please see under' How to return your items'. We will investigate the fault with the manufacturer. Notify us of any faults by email first to email@example.com
Please note:We can not take any responsibility for damage caused to items caused by elements such as bleach/chlorine from swimming pools or by machine washed or high temperature heat, all our garments should be treated as delicate and gently hand washed in cool water to avoid damage.
If you have selected the Gift Wrap option along with your Delivery option in the shopping bag page, we will wrap your order in tissue paper and enclose in a branded gift bag. Please do not include the gift bag with any returns. If your order is too large to fit in the standard gift bags we may substitute the bag for an alternative gift wrap option..
Customers are solely responsible for both: complying with all laws and regulations of the country in which the goods are received any incurring additional charges that might arise due to customs clearance etc.
Customers from the USA are responsible for their own state taxes made on any purchases from Bras and Honey LLP.
Please note: that additional security checks for postage in transit might also delay the delivery beyond our control for international shipments.
The customer is always responsable for customs charges as this is the tax you need to pay for your country.
We are not liable for any customs charges for return parcels.
You can benefit from being a 'Honey Club Member', and benefit from emails containing offer and discount codes to use on the website you can unsubscribe from the newsletters at any time details of how to do this are always contained on the footer of each email. Offer codes may have a valid and expiry date may be set. Offer codes can only be redeemed by the person they are issued to and once only unless stated otherwise. Offer codes or discount promotions do not apply to sale items or delivery charges. Only on discount code can be used at any time.
Please ensure that your details are correct and up to date to enjoy all benefits to the full extent, and inform us if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or simply if any of your registration details change.
If you feel your product is faulty and require an exchange please first notify us of the fault by email to firstname.lastname@example.org we will then contact you back regarding the next steps which will include sending your item for testing - once the fault has been confirmed - we can then offer a replacement or if the size is no longer available a full refund or exchange.
On rare occasions an item showing as in stock at the time of ordering, may not be available, if this is the case we will usually try and get this in for you and notify you if there is any further delay.
You have the right to cancel your order. we suggest you do this as soon as possible as we have quick turn around times and will sometimes have packed and shipped your order within hours, please notify us by email immediately should you wish to cancel the order, you may be charged a cancellation fee of £1 which is the fee we are are also charged by the bank to void the payment. If for some reason you have duplicated your order accidentally we will refund or cancel these at no charge to you.
If you are a UK customer you have the right under the 'distance selling law' to cancel within 7 days, even after your goods have been despatched - should you wish to do this you will need to email us and return your items straight away you will not refunded any delivery charges and once we receive your goods the value will be refunded as requested.
All our orders are sent with recorded signed for delivery so there will need to be someone to sign for your parcel at the delivery address, If an attempt has been made to deliver your parcel and there has been no one available to sign you parcel will go back to your local postal depot and they should leave a card notifying you of how to collect, In most cases they will re attempt delivery again however if you haven't signed for the parcel or attempted to collect it will be returned to us. We reserve the right to charge you for this delivery should you wish to be refunded fully and we also may charge for re delivery, we will send you a secure payment request for the re delivery charge the value of which will be at our discretion.
All website users must agree not to use this website for any fraudulent purposes or unlawful activity. Every attempt to use the website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the website or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way will be prosecuted.
