Find Your Bra Size! Without Wearing A Bra!

Have you ever wondered how to find your own bra size? Fear not! With a few easy steps, you'll be set with your perfect size in minutes.

Why would you need to find your specific size? Knowing your bra size is very important for both physical and emotional health. Wearing a bra that fits just right will help prevent back, shoulder, and even hip strain. You need adequate support to keep your breasts lifted and in place. The right bra will help keep your breasts from sagging and will hold up the weight so that your spine and shoulders get some relief. Wearing the right size bra will also create an hourglass shape and make you feel more feminine and confident. With your boobs high up in there air, there's nothing that can stop you.

Now to find your bra size. You will need a few materials to get started including a measuring tape, a pen, and a piece of paper.

First step is to measure your band size. To do this you will need to measure around your ribs just below your breasts where the bottom of your boobs meets the top of your stomach. If you have a larger chest, you may need to lean forward so that your breasts hang down, allowing you to get the measuring tape in place. Once you get that measurement, write it down.

Next, we will find your cup size. To do this you will need to measure around the widest point of your breasts. So, wrapping the measuring tape around your ribs again, try to line the tape up with your nipples, as that is usually the furthest your breasts will protrude. Now that you have that number, write it down.

Last step is to take the difference between your cup size and your band size. You should get a positive number. Lets say for example your band size is 41 and your cup size is 52. that gives you a difference of 11. Now, either using a Bra Size Calculator, or counting on your fingers, count up the UK Cup Sizes one by one. In this example you would count like this:

A, B, C, D, DD, E, F, FF, G, GG, H

That 11th number gives you an H cup!

Now for your band size, it is simply the number of inches you measured previously. If you measured an odd number, round it up 1 inch to get your true band size. In this example, you measured 41 inches, making your band size a 42.

Finally, you have your true bra size, a 42H!

Once you have your perfect size, why not start shopping?! Come pick from a beautiful selection of Bras, Briefs, Swimwear, and More!!
